The message will ask you to verify your account because Facebook is de-registering users to prevent of server overload. Whatever you do, PLEASE DONT CLICK THE APPLICATION AND LOG IN!, it looks like like a phishing scam, a bogus application designed to collect your password information.
Do you really think Facebook is shutting down?! come on.. Spread the words along to warn others.
