My brother in-law came all the way from Betong to Sibu (Both in Sarawak region) just to get his tattoo of Bungai Terung done, and that includes skipping half day of work just to get here on time

We started late that night, as to keep things organized and balanced. both of them refuse to take a sip of the good old ‘Stella Artois’ as they dont want to get distracted. So, i ‘ngirup’ alone. As they start inking the skin, i watch and observe them together with my friend ‘Stella’…
This design of Bungai Terung took Danny 2 weeks to draw. If you want to get a tattoo it is advisable to have your own design inked on you, as tattoo is permanent and you will never regret to have it on you later.
The man behind the machine. Words of mouth makes one specialties to another step further. James also supplies tattoo stuffs (inks, needles etc) to Robert Mayau of Kapit. Believe it or not the hand that tattoo my lower right foot also had his own mark at Robert Mayau back. How about that?

The coolest bungai terung i have ever seen. This is what you should call ‘old skoll’ and original. Some people tend to add colour and modern design to bungai terung. its cool, but sometime the infusion ‘kill’ the purpose and originality of the design.

We finished around 2.30 in the morning and this is the picture that sums it all up. one happy face! hehehe… now i can call myself the real ‘Badang’ of Rian Batang!
